Defective and Broken Products
Thanks for ordering at ShoeWee, our quality team is strict controlling the products quality before ship out to make sure all products in good condition. Although if any defective/broken products missed out from this process, we are sorry for it.
If you receive a broken/defective product, please follow below steps for solutions:
- Contact our customer service team asap to notify the issue
- Send the photos of the broken/defective product, order information to our customer service team to evaluate the problem and provide solution
What we will do for broken/defective products:
- We will resend you the good product after inspect your pictures, and pictures for confirmation before shipment to make sure the 2nd ship is in good condition if need
- Full refund will be offered if you do not need re-send the item.
Notice: The broken/defective item need to be ship back unless customer service team instructed specifically no need to return. Return shipping cost for this condition will be bear by ShoeWee.
