Shipping cost & shipping time is flexible during pandemic time, we will manage to keep lowest cost at fastest time.

Available Countries/Regions

Right now we only target Hong Kong customers. More available countries/regions will be added in the future, keep tuned Shoewee for growing.

Shipping Carrier

All packages will be shipped by SF express to our HK customers. 

Shipping Cost

  • Free Shipping when orders Up to 200 HKD
  • 30 HKD for shipping fee when orders below 200 HKD.

Shipping Time

SF express is a stable shipping carrier in HK. Usually the deliver time will be in 1-2 business days after package shipped out.

Although we highly recommend that you left contact number for your orders. It will help you get your packages safer. Your phone number info. will only be used for the one-time shipping use. We observe privacy policy. 

Processing Time

Usually, we need 1-3 business days to fulfill your orders. There are few situation may delay the processing time:

  • Not in stock goods may need few more days for allocation/production.
  • Processing time may be a little delay due to national holiday or peak season.

How to Track your order?

After the package shipped out, your will receive a shipping notice in your email with SF tracking number information. You can easily keep track on shipping info from SF Express online or smart phone apps.
