Cancel Policy

Before you cancel the order, please confirm that your order was not fulfilled. In ShoeWee, if your order was not fulfilled, you can cancel it anytime. And duty noted that, we don’t offer the cancel option in our website, you will need to contact us before we ship your package out.

Our customer service team will login email and messages everyday even in weekends&holidays, so make sure your cancel needs filed before shipment.

If the order had shipped out before your cancellation filed, you can reject the package or return the package to us unopened for refund.
