How to Track your package?

After package shipped out, Our email/SMS system will automatically send you a shipping notice include tracking numbers.

If you want to check the detail of tracking information, you can check on contact our customer service team for help.

The Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimated and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order.

Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, usually we make every effort to fulfill your order within 5~15 business days from the date of your order.

Cannot Deliver to person?

If the package is showed delivered, but you not receive it. Pls contact us asap, and make sure you enter the correct shipping address. If the package is returned to our local facility, you need wait more days to be resent.

 

Package Need to Resend?

Wrong address or insufficient address

If customers order with the wrong address or insufficient address(ie: typo when left address, missing apt number or else), and deliver courier will contact to you first, please make sure you leave the right address and contact information for successful delivery.

Re-delivery shipping cost (if have) need bear by customer for address mistakes.

Package Delivered but Not Receive?

If the package showed delivered on tracking route but you did not receive the item, pls contact the deliver courier asap which you can find on the tracking link or contact our customer service for assistance if need.
