We are sorry that you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, and if you want to return/refund for the order, we are here to help you solve your problems.
Contact us First:
Please contact us first if you want to return/refund because we aren't able to accept returns unless they have been authorized by our Customer Service team. Read the instructions below to learn more about returning items.
Returns&Refunds:
If the product is wrong/damaged/stained or you simply don't like the style, you have 30 calendar days to submit a return and refund request from the date you received the item. Our customer service team will process your request within 3 working days and respond with their decision. You can then send the item back to us.
Notice: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- If the customer service team concludes that the issue with the item is due to the quality of manufacturing, we will reimburse the return shipping costs as well.
- If the customer service team concludes that the issues with the item are due to personal preferences (i.e. you no longer need the item or do not like the item), you will need to cover the return shipping as well as any taxes or further logistics costs. Any tax and logistics costs charged on arrival will be deducted from the refund amount.
Once we receive your return. We will inspect the it and notify you that we have receive your returned package. Also, we will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return request is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
How do I return an item?
(1) Email our customer service team, provide order number and describe return reasons to apply shipping back address.
(2) Upload clear pictures or videos clearly showing the following:
- what's wrong with the item and why you are returning it.
- whether the packaging is still intact and in a good condition.
- the Delivery order information.
(3) After return request approved, provide tracking number of the return package for our customer service team to keep track on the return.
Can I exchange an item?
Yes, but return&re-ship shipping cost will not be covered. We can change the item for you but you will need to bear the shipping cost from in and out.
